 083 - A nose-out crook with a black buffalo horn handle and a gold/silver hazel shank.

This stick is intended to be a crook rather than a market stick. It would be gripped by the neck or shank like a staff. The size and shape of the handle mean that if the shank were shortened to make a market stick, it would only be suitable for someone with small hands.

The joint between handle and shank is decorated with a spacer of reclaimed blue acrylic plastic set between layers of brass-filled epoxy resin.

Maximum overall length approx 53.5 inches/136cm.
