	133 - A simple blackthorn knobstick. Maximum length approx. 41"/ 1040mm. Diameter approx 7/8" / 22mm with virtually no taper. Medium to heavy weight, very strong.
This is another straightforward blackthorn knobstick, nothing fancy. It is strong enough to provide as much support as anyone might need, without being too unwieldy. I worked the natural knob into a free-form shape that provides a comfortable grip for either hand when held as shown. The shank is done in "smooth but knobbly" style (i.e. it's knobbly enough to look interesting without doing an injury to the user!). Again, I have finished this stick with melamine lacquer for maximum protection from the elements.
